Industri Nabati Lestari memiliki komitmen yang tinggi mengenai Mutu dan senantiasa menyediakan produk yang memuaskan dan menyenangkan pelanggan serta menjamin terpenuhinya aspek Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja serta perlindungan Lingkungan, Keamanan Pangan dan melarang praktek Suap (Anti Penyuapan). Top Manajemen beserta seluruh Karyawan berkomitmen menetapkan, meninjau dan menerapkan Kebijakan sebagai berikut :

  1. Pemenuhan order tepat waktu.
  2. Manajemen menjamin diterapkan sasaran mutu disetiap unit kerja.
  3. Menghasilkan produk sesuai persyaratan dalam hal kualitas dan peningkatan produk.
  4. Selalu berusaha mencegah terjadinya cidera / sakit akibat kerja.
  5. Melakukan perlindungan dan pencegahan pencemaran lingkungan. 
  6. Meningkatkan kompetensi, keterampilan, kesadaran, kepedulian terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta keamanan pangan bagi seluruh karyawan.
  7. Melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan secara berkesinambungan dan berinovasi.
  8. Melarang praktek penerimaan ataupun pemberian suap dan tidak mentolerir penyuapan.
  9. Kepatuhan terhadap persyaratan peraturan perundang-undangan dan persyaratan lainnya yang relevan.
  10. Menjalankan sistem manajemen terintegrasi dan menerapkan sanksi serta konsekuensi lain bila tidak memenuhi kebijakan ini.

Top Management and all employees are committed to establishing, reviewing and implementing the following Policies:

  1. Fulfillment of orders on time.
  2. Management ensures that quality objectives are applied in each work unit.
  3. Produce products according to requirements in terms of quality and product improvement.
  4. Always try to prevent injury / illness due to work.
  5. Protect and prevent environmental pollution.
  6. Increase competence, skills, awareness, concern for occupational safety and health and food safety for all employees.
  7. Make continuous improvements and innovate.
  8. Prohibit the practice of accepting or giving bribes and does not tolerate bribery.
  9. Compliance with the requirements of laws and regulations and other relevant requirements.
  10. Implement an integrated management system and apply sanctions and other consequences for not complying with this policy.
